To complete the interest process follow the steps below (click on the blue title):
Step 1: Complete the Interest Form and click submit. We will contact you.
Step 2: Meanwhile, complete the US Club Registration Form, scan and go to step 3.
Step 3: e-mail a copy of your birth certificate, the completed US Club registration and a photograph to office@cencalcosmos.com If you are unable to e-mail these, bring them to the team’s pre-season meeting or drop them by the club office.
Step 4: Payment of $300 registration fee. This is set up in our online system, GotSoccer.
